unfortunately will no longer be able to provide you DSL services
as of March 16, 2001. Flashcom is working to support your
transition to a Partner who can support your Internet Service
moving forward.
Flashcom apologizes for any inconvenience this situation has
caused to you.

What happens to my DSL line if I move to
one of the designated alternate providers?
Your DSL line will not be disconnected, though you will
experience a service interruption during your transition, and
your Internet Service will be restored.

You will work directly with your new ISP.

No. Flashcom has agreed to this transition.

You should have received your final Flashcom bill by now. If you
have any questions regarding your billing prior to your
transition please contact Flashcom customer support. Moving
forward, you will need to work with your new ISP to determine
their billing cycles.

I have paid Flashcom in advance for my

Unfortunately, not. Covad has no authority to determine how any
monies you may have paid Flashcom should be handled.

Each provider sets pricing and service offerings. Please check
with your new provider to determine any changes to your pricing
or service offering.

In some cases, your service would be interrupted, but we expect
that such interruptions will be brief in most instances. Some
end users will experience longer outages than others.
